Terms of Service

    Last updated August 9, 2026

    Agreement

These terms govern your use of VivList. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so.

    Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

    Acceptable use

    • Do not use VivList to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
    • Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
    • Do not attempt to access data belonging to other customers or probe our systems without written permission.
    • Do not resell or provide the service to third parties without our agreement.

    Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into VivList. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display your content so we can operate the service for you.

    Plans, trials, and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Trials may be changed or ended at any time. We will give notice before any price change affecting your plan.

    Availability and changes

We work to keep VivList available and improve it continuously, which means features may be added, changed, or removed. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, no specific uptime commitment applies.

    Third-party and AI features

Optional features rely on third-party providers, including AI providers. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it for decisions.

    Termination

You may stop using VivList and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached or if required by law, and will give notice where we reasonably can.

    Disclaimers and liability

VivList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

    Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
