Terms of Service

Agreement

VivList is owned and operated by SecTower LLC ("SecTower", "we", "us"), trading as VivList. These terms form an agreement between you and SecTower LLC and govern your use of VivList. By creating an account or continuing to use the product, you agree to them. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old.

Acceptable use

• Do not use VivList to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.
• Do not attempt to access data belonging to other customers or probe our systems without written permission.
• Do not resell or provide the service to third parties without our agreement.

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you put into VivList. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, back up, and display your content so we can operate the service for you.

SecTower LLC retains all rights in the VivList service itself, including its software, documentation, design, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan, and may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent technical limits.

Plans, billing, and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and renew automatically until cancelled. Trials may be changed or ended at any time, and we will give notice before any price change affecting your plan.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Availability and changes

We work to keep VivList available and improve it continuously, which means features may be added, changed, or removed. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, no specific uptime commitment applies.

Third-party and AI features

Optional features rely on third-party providers, including AI providers. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete — review it before relying on it for decisions.

You are responsible for the prompts and content you submit, for having the rights to that content, and for how you use the output. Do not use AI features to produce unlawful content, deceptive impersonations, hate speech, or malware, or to circumvent safety controls. AI output is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. We may filter, refuse, or remove content and suspend accounts for misuse, and rights holders can contact support@vivlist.com to report infringing content; repeat infringers lose access.

Termination

You may stop using VivList and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, repeated or serious policy violations, or where required by law. We will give notice where we reasonably can, and you may export your data for 30 days after termination before it is deleted.

Disclaimers and liability

VivList is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
